Shipping & Returns


We currently ship to addresses within Australia.
We use Australia Post for our shipping and we charge a flat rate of $10.00 for standard tracked shipping. We offer free standard shipping on orders $70 and over.
We offer express shipping for a $20 flat rate for up to 5kg. 

Uncollected or forfeited parcels will incur additional shipping costs to be resent if returned to sender.

Orders will be packed and sent within 3 business days of purchase. We do aim to have orders out same and next business day after purchase, however, we are a small family run business and sometimes we need an extra day or two. 

Delivery times:
Estimated delivery times vary based on where you live and at busy times of the year eg. Christmas & Easter. We offer standard tracked shipping through Australia Post, so you will be able to use their online tracking system for delivery estimates. Otherwise, you can refer to Australia Post's Delivery timelines before placing your order. We are shipping from Brisbane, QLD, 4013. 

When we have packed your order and it is dispatched you will be sent confirmation via email with the tracking number. Please make sure you use a current and accurate email address when placing your order. Once your order has been sent the delivery times are outside of our control. Nature at Play does not take any responsibility if an item does not arrive to you in time for a certain date due to postage delays.

Responsibility after delivery
Nature at Play does not take any responsibility for items once they have been handed over to Australia Post. Nature at Play also does not take any responsibility for parcels after delivery is completed. This includes but is not limited to effects of weather or theft. Please refer to our Returns policy below for further information or contact us at with any other questions. 

We aim to use as much recyclable packaging as possible when shipping our products. When we can, we re-use packaging boxes and filling to reduce our environmental footprint, all while making sure your products arrive safe and sound! The packaging sometimes may not look as beautiful, but we think it's more important to reduce waste. 




Due to the small nature of our business, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to process a return, exchange or refund on damaged items, they must be in their original packaging. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
