Do you accept refunds & returns?

Due to the small nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. In the event that your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing natureatplaycards@gmail.com with photographs of the damaged packaging. Photographs must show that the cards are still in their original packaging.
What are these cards used for?

Nature at Play cards are portable packs of outdoor learning/play activities, linked to the Australian Curriculum. They are great for learning and playing outside!
What's included in each deck of cards?

Each pack comes with 20 fun, outdoor and hands-on activities, as well as 5 bonus cards with challenges, teacher tips or outdoor play recipes (varies by pack - see description on each product listing).
Where else can I buy these cards?

Please refer to our stockists page for a list of other retailers where you can purchase our cards.
Will I need lots of other resources to complete the activities?

No! Each activity card is designed so that it can be used at home by families (Australian Curriculum codes are provided showing how each card aligns with educational standards). All of the resources you'll need are probably already around you or at your home (e.g. leaves, sticks, chalk, pencils).
What ages are these cards aimed at?

We have currently completed our ‘Foundation/Prep maths’ and ‘Grade One maths’ packs and are beginning work on further packs for other year levels and subjects (e.g. English and Science). We have grouped the activities by Grade level so that they can be easily matched to content from the Australian curriculum. However, we have not given age recommendations to suit a diverse range of learners. If you're unsure which deck is most suitable for your child, please get in touch with us.
Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we only ship to Australian addresses.
How long will shipping take?

Once an order is placed, we will dispatch within 2-3 business days (we will aim to post your order the next business day but also have a toddler at home and life gets in the way!) Orders are sent via Australia Post and you have the option to select standard or express post. All orders are tracked and tracking information will be sent to the email you provide when ordering.
How much does shipping cost?

We ship through Australia Post and offer $10 flat rate shipping. We offer free standard shipping for all orders $70 and over. You may also choose to upgrade to express shipping (flat rate $20 up to 5kg). We ship from Brisbane, QLD, Australia.
